Pelvic floor treatments are done with a specialized cushion, you are fully clothed and treatments are completely non-invasive, strengthening is done externally

During your treatment specifically sized applications will be applied to the area you would like treated, it is ideal to have the applicators in direct contact with your skin (except for pelvic floor strengthening) so wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing that allows access to the area. The sensation is similar to a very deep muscle contraction, we will work with your comfort level throughout. Treatments last 30-45 minutes, feel free to read or relax. Afterwards there may be minor muscle soreness, similar to after a workout, but otherwise you are free to return to normal activities
